Excellent news for private fund managers!! As of 1st January 2023, the applicable tax regime to carried interest of Spanish closed-end funds will generally benefit from a 50% tax exemption. The trend for GP-Led secondaries / continuation funds remains strong and is expected to continue to increase substantially in the coming months.
